AccessAfrica 2 in VoIREthics 3rd plenary meeting in Paris, France (April 18th -19th 2024)

AccessAfrica 2 presented the ethical and regulatory challenges and concerns in safeguarding healthy volunteers in phase 1 clinical trial in a resource-limited setting (sub-Saharan Africa)

3rd INSERM- VoIREthics plenary meeting: Towards the dissemination of the 'Global Ethics Charter for the Protection of Healthy Volunteers in Clinical Trials.' This event took place on April 18th-19th in Paris, France, in partnership with the French National Academy of Medicine. Dr. Vivian Mbanya from the Center for Medical Ethics, University of Oslo, and Dr. Christopher Damulira from the Uganda National Council for Science and Technology represented the AccessAfrica 2 project
